Before booking

• Confirm goods type, quantity and total weight
• Decide full truck load or part load
• Fix the loading date and time window
• Share the full delivery address and receiver’s number

Before loading

• Pack and label goods clearly
• Keep dispatch documents ready (invoice, delivery challan, gate pass)
• Arrange loading staff or equipment
• Protect goods that must stay dry

After dispatch

• Share vehicle and driver details with the receiver
• Keep in contact by phone or WhatsApp until delivery
• Confirm receipt and condition on delivery
